A maintenance contractor based in Exeter is in need of an experienced and multi skilled Carpenter to join their already existing team of direct labour as soon as possible.

The organisation specialise in providing responsive repairs to Landlords, mostly operating in occupied properties across Exeter and East Devon.

Essential:
Full UK Driving License
Own Tools
Experience of redecorating domestic properties
Carpentry Qualification eg City & Guilds or NVQ 2 or 3
Experience of other trades eg basic plumbing, patch plastering

This is a temporary to permanent role, offering a company van, fuel card and uniform.
