Job description

You will manage directly employed and sub contract site teams on new build residential projects to ensure they are completed on time, to budget and to the high standard our clients expect.
Order materials and plant for your sites
Manage HSE on site including weekly tool box talks
Attend weekly site progress and H&S meetings with client
Monitor quality management system

Requirements

You will need SSSTS / SMSTS and first aid certificates, although we will offer training to the right candidates.
Previous experience in a supervisory / management role within the construction industry and on mechanical projects

The individual

You will have likely worked your way up from a mechanical / plumbing apprenticeship and now be in a supervisory role.
You will be comfortable dealing with a wide range of people across the construction industry from sub contractors, to project managers & consultants
