My client is currently looking for a Travel Law Paralegal / Fee Earner to join their ever expanding in house department.

Experienced fee earner is sought to work in a growing department dealing with holiday sickness cases, handling a caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated cases. The candidate should have industry knowledge of these cases and the ability to be strategic in order to adapt to the challenges claimants face in the current climate. My client seeks candidates who are shrewd, demonstrate aptitude, have a flare for handling evidence and a good attitude towards hard work. For candidates who are very capable and hungry for success there is scope to progress within this fledgling firm.

Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.

Desired Skills:

Taking initial instructions/vetting and due diligence
Case set up/validations
Instructing medicals/dealing with Gastroenterologists
Reviewing medical records
Making assessments of special and general damages
Taking witness statements
Handling disclosure
Negotiation
Issuing court proceedings
Running cases to trial
