A company going through considerable growth and healthy rate are currently looking to recruit an Acquisitions Surveyor to work within their Warwickshire office. This role has an OTE of £70,000 plus package, offers fantastic career progression opportunities to senior management, and on going training.

They cover both the Residential and Commercial market so you will be involved with a range of different projects and a variety of clients. They also cover the market on a National basis so there are plenty of opportunities.

The role

* Acquisitions of Property.
* Finding development sites.
* Conducting site appraisals.
* Negotiating and completing deals.
* Creating investor proposals.

Requirements

* Proven track record within the Real Estate sector.
* Experienced with acquisitions.
* Able to use your own initiative.
* Able to effectively business plan.

The right candidate will come from a background within; commercial property surveying, commercial surveying, planning and development, acquisitions surveying, real estate surveyor, development surveyor, transactions surveyor or commercial management surveyor.
