Tyre Fitter
Based in North West London
Salary: £18,000 + EXCELLENT OTE £28,000

My client is looking for an experienced tyre fitter to join their fantastic franchise based in North West London. This tyre fitter role is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for progression within their career, as the company are offering brand training and will support those looking to move up in their career. This role will involve dealing with customers directly, therefore experience within a customer facing role and a background in delivering high customer service is a must!

Tyre Fitter Duties and Responsibilities

·Diagnosing Customer needs by listening, responding and explaining work required to ensure vehicle is in road worthy condition
·Identifying worn & faulty components needs in accordance with the Company Standards.
·Remove & refit components in accordance with the companies' high standards.
·Repairing Tyres in accordance with the client's guidelines
·Contributing to Good Housekeeping routines
·Understanding and adhere to the Company's policies and procedures in all aspects of work
·Someone who supports and help colleagues where required to deliver team priorities
·Undertaking the necessary training and skills development
·Maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and Customers by treating people with dignity and respect and taking pride in the appearance of the Centre and yourself

Tyre Fitter Skills & Qualifications

·Full clean driving licence
·Experience within a customer facing environment
·1+ years tyre fitter experience within a motor environment
·Good Mechanical & Vehicle knowledge and understanding
·Good Customer service
·Experience of working within a mechanical environment
·Experience of working in a car dealership advantageous
·Excellent spoken and written English
·Computer literacy
