Our client is a recognised manufacturer and installer of commercial security gates and barrier systems for banks, government building, secure storage sites, airports etc. These systems are manufactured to a high quality and can be interfaced into full security and access control systems. They are looking for experienced electrical and mechanical field engineers to cover around the London region (North or Southern Home Counties) to visit client sites for repairs, maintenance, upgrades and installations of systems. You will need to be knowledgeable of working with electrical systems (single and three phase ideally), be able to repair and replace mechanical systems/components relating to gates/barriers/shutters etc and have an awareness of working with heavy equipment and materials safely either alone or as a team when required. You will be working in secure locations on occasions with some high profile clients and locations so must either already have security clearance or be able to provide a minimum of the last 5 years CHECKABLE work history to obtain security clearance. Very competitive salary, start from home and get paid from leaving your front door. Overtime and bonus (including call out bonus which will be 1 week in 6). Electrical/mechanical experience is essential as is having a style and personality that puts customer service as a priority on every job
