Are you an experienced transport planner looking for a fantastic new opportunity with a rapidly expanding local company?
This position is ideal for a transport planner who wants to take the next step in their career and progress into a transport management position in the long term.
To be successful in this role, you will have worked for a general or container haulage company and have routed movements both locally and nationwide.
Responsibilities; (Transport Planner)
Working under pressure within a busy transport office
Route and load planning - general haulage experience preferred.
Driver and client liaison
Administration to ensure accurate information
Desired Skills, Interests and Qualities; (Transport Planner)
CPC National/International (Not essential)
Excellent Communication Skills
Current HGV 1 Licence or 7.5 Tonne & Drivers CPC (Not essential)
Experience in an administrative capacity
