We have a great opportunity for an experienced Auto Electrician-Technical Services, Repair and service. This technical role will support the service centre for the retail side of the business. You may also support within marketing for new product design and technical knowledge, specifications and proof reading of instructions for Fitting for Customers
Service may also take place at Customer premises so a Full UK Driving licence is essential for this role. This is an exciting time to join the business as the service centre grows and develops

For this role you will need
CANBUS awareness advantageous
Excellent Communication skills: IT Literate, Emailing, telephone, face to face, verbal
A professional manner, delighting customers
Organised
Able to arrange own Diary-Service visits, logistically and in a timely, efficient manner
Managing Client expectations and preparing them for what the work will entail and how long it may take
Excellent Fault finding techniques/Diagnosis
Excellent understanding of Vehicle Electrics and fully conversant with Vehicle specifics and universal wiring harnesses
Carrying out repair or giving technical advise over the phone or via email
Health & Safety awareness for all

You will have a relevant Electrical qualification and experience NVQ 3 OR equivalent
This is a permanent position, working days but flexibility for Business needs
Salary depending on experience
