Regional construction company who work have a very busy new build residential division. They have a very busy office and need to recruit an exceptional Project Quantity Surveyor to join there commercial team.

Project

New build development of residential apartments in Enfield, the project length is 2 years so you will be secure in this long term role. The successful applicant will work alongside the Project Manager and manage all commercial aspects of this project.

Person specification

Experience on new build residential projects.

Ability to manage a project from start to finish.

Quantity Surveying qualification.

Stable career history with a reputable contractor
