Our client is part of a global organisation that provides a range of components and services to some of the largest Aerospace businesses worldwide. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager
The Programme Manager you will be responsible for managing the Programme engineering functions in conjunction with the company strategy.
Principal responsibilities:
Develop and project manage strategic customer improvement plans
Serve as Customer escalation point to resolve chronic, systemic, high impact issues
Own and control the contract review process.
Own customer demand profile and sales plans, yearly / monthly.
Report on Performance to rolling plan (revenue, Margins, Price, volume)
Customer communication focal for important topics (strategic and tactical) including visits to customers and facilitating customer visits to the business sites
Interface to customer VOC (delivery & quality) and timely resolution
Coordinate site production rate readiness with the planning team.
Ensure goal alignment between Customers and Program scorecard metrics and reports.
Partner with Planning team to develop, establish and implement OTD processes/metrics, guidelines and policies.
Interface with multi-functional teams within the business to support better supply-demand planning.
Set, control, and manage programme budgets.

Ability to work as part of the team whilst using their own initiative to make autonomous decisions to ensure project deadline compliance.
Ability to organise own work load in addition to managing Associate Programme Leaders priorities.
The ability to maintain attention to detail by providing high levels of accuracy.
Highly motivated, driven and disciplined with a can do attitude.
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office Applications.
Managerial/Supervisory skills in accordance to the principal responsibilities listed within the job description.
A working understanding and/or knowledge of Epicor system (Desirable).
Previous working knowledge of project coordinating/managing.
Demonstrable continuous professional development.
Relevant Degree/ Professional qualification.
Demonstrable continuous professional development.
Any formal management, supervisor/team leader training, qualifications or certificates (desirable).
Demonstrable experience within an aerospace and/or engineering manufacturer(s) (desirable).
