Maxwell Bruce are looking to recruit a Quality Manager for our award winning client in South Ayrshire.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will have full site Quality and Compliance responsibility and will also drive forward business improvement projects.

You will need to be an exceptional communicator and have several years management or supervisory experience gained within a food manufacturing environment.

Personal confidence, attention to detail and proven experience of being able to prioritise workload to achieve challenging deadlines are essential for the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Final product and operating method compliance to agreed internal and regulatory standards
Assist in all aspects of site HACCP, Hygiene, Food Safety, Quality and Auditing systems
