Would you love the opportunity to support autistic individuals and have the opportunity to help individuals flourish and enjoy activities such as swimming, bowling and going to the cinema?

You will work with various adults with complex health needs such as autism and epilepsy and work with some challenging behaviours, mental health issues and complex needs.

What you will do:

You will provide daily life skills, personal care, independent skills, and social skills and promote quality and diversity. General Household tasks, cooking, shopping will be required.

You will assist our Clients in fulfilling a full and active life; this can be achieved by attending day centres and evening activities such as Bowling, Swimming, Gateway.

Qualities and skills:

* Able to motivate others.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to develop individual care plans and risk assessments.
* Able to lone work and work as part of a team.
* A driver with access to a car is essential.
