Engineering Team Leader / Engineering Supervisor
FMCG / Food in Northamptonshire/Warwickshire
Salary circa £41,000 + Bonus

Engineering Team Leader or Engineering Supervisor required to lead a team of Multi skilled Maintenance Engineers working within a fast paced household name Food manufacturing company, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

The Maintenance Team Leader or Engineering Supervisor will ideally be electrically biased and be responsible for:
Leading & Coordinating a team of engineers
Maintaining & planning to optimise the operational performance of the site's production and packaging machinery.
Reduce downtime and waste
Maximising production efficiency
Identifying continuous improvements.
Planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
Route cause analysis

You will also be leading a team of multi skilled engineers.

The successful Engineering Team Leader or Engineering Supervisor, will be apprentice trained, have strong communication skills, with experience of diagnosing faults, problem solving and a flexible approach to work. Ideallt the Engineering Team leader will have experience of working within a FMCG, Food environments or packaging.
