We need a self-driven and approachable Customer Service Team Leader to join our award-winning client based in their new offices in Chalgrove.

The Customer Service Manager will be customer driven and caring to be able to lead the team in matching customers to their clientele whilst managing any queries they have along the way. You will also work to ensure internal processes between departments run smoothly and assist in designing and implementing improvements when possible.

Due to the nature of the business great communication skills, empathy and patience is crucial to support and understand them as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook). The successful candidate will have strong experience in a senior customer service role whether that be retail or office based, for example. Overall the successful candidate will a positive 'can do' attitude and will believe in the businesses services.

Offer package:
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Location: Chalgrove
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Primary duties:
* Managing a small team of 1 Customer Service Assistant and acting as a point of escalation for any issues, complaints and discrepancies
* Managing and setting expectations within the department
* Monitoring staff and providing training where appropriate
* Providing a weekly update on key issues and recommended solutions
* Assisting with recruitment within the department as the business grow
* Leading by example
* Resolve and respond promptly to telephone and written queries
* Proactively liaise with clients and customers to maintain a first-rate working relationship
* To effectively plan individual workloads in order to meet strict deadlines
* To adhere to company policies and procedures

Candidate specification:
* Experience in a demanding customer service role
* Graduate level or equivalent/relevant qualification in health & social care or a related subject
* A flexible attitude to their work and be able to adapt to the needs of a rapidly growing business
* Able to demonstrate empathy and understanding
* Caring and supportive manner and able to cope with conflict resolution
* Good management motivation, training and delegation skills
* Computer literate and willing and able to learn new systems as they are introduced
* Diplomatic, commercially aware and able to multi task
* Own transport due to their rural office location and occasional off- site work
