Anderselite are currently recruiting for a freelance site manager to oversee a the fit out of a high end marketing suite in the City of London.

The project will last for 5 months and is due to start on the 04th December 2017 . The project value is circa £500k and will consist of the fit out of the marketing suite.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Overseeing various sub-contractors
* Ensuring build quality and finish
* Client and progress meetings
* Sub-contractor meetings
* Maintaining and keeping accurate site records and a diary

It is essential that the manager comes from a fit out background and has experience of high end finishes . This would suit a site manager with commercial, residential or retail experience , with the values being in excess of £500k

The contractor want to be speaking with those managers who can promote their brand and build rapport with their client.

Furthermore , the client require those managers who can easily commute to the project as accommodation will not be provided for.

The site manager will be required to hold a valid CSCS Black card , SMSTS , First Aid and CISRS.
