Senior Valuation Surveyor - Commercial & Residential - London - salary negotiable

Penguin Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Valuation Surveyor for one of UK's leading Property Consultancy based in London within the Commercial and Residential sectors.

Responsibilities and accountabilities include:

* Taking ownership and responsibility for large portfolio transactions
* Liaise and build continuous with new and existing colleagues and clients
* Being the main point of contact for clients and seeking out new business development opportunities
* Guiding and mentoring gradates and juniors
* Prepare detailed valuation reports
* Regularly updating the clients on the progress of projects and managing expectations

The ideal candidate will:

* Have a minimum of 5 years' experience
* Have Commercial and/or Residential experience
* Have a degree in Real Estate or equivalent
* Be a Chartered Surveyor (RICS or similar)
* A clean driving licence
* Have strong IT skills and competent using Microsoft Office
