We are seeking driven, passionate professionals to join the organisation in this exciting evolution and to be part of their continued growth and inspirational development. An experienced Global Benefits Analyst based in London is needed for the crucial stages of this exciting transition.

Main duties and responsibilities:
* Support a global review of benefits and the implementation of a revised plan.
* Liaise with benefit providers to ensure that processes run efficiently.
* Lead on the regular review of the benefits offer and processes, to ensure a competitive offer which reflects the companys strategy and cost constraints.
* Build relationships with local HR and payroll teams to ensure benefits are administrated effectively and reporting requirements are met.
* Support the creation of employee benefits communications.

Essential requirements:
* Extensive experience of global benefits plans
* End-to-end experience of benefits implementation, from planning, to communication and vendor management
* Strong data analysis skills
* Advanced understanding of benefits offers, processes and best practice
* HR systems working knowledge (Workday preferable)
* Degree/CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
* Advanced Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables and formulas
* A collaborative and flexible approach but also able to work independently, in a past paced change environment
