My client is seeking a Junior Accounts Administrator to join their friendly, small team in Slough. This is a fantastic entry level opportunity and full training will be provided.
Duties will include:
* Data Entry- Entering Invoices
* Matching remittances against applications and entering them
* Enter bank receipts/payments
* Credit card and petty cash expense reconciliations
* Assisting the accountant with monthly reports
* Answering the phone and dealing with any queries or passing them to relevant personnel for action
* Attending to incoming and outgoing post
* Assisting with general administration
The Ideal candidate will have:
* An interest in working in Finance
* Training towards AAT or a relevant degree in finance
* Previous experience of working in an office environment
