Prospero Health and Social Care are currently looking for experienced support workers for ongoing temporary shifts across Birmingham and surrounding areas. Shifts are available supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour, dual sensory impairment and older people.

As a support worker you will be delivering care and support with a difference. Ranging from personal care to meeting social needs, making a real difference to someone's life.

Various shifts are available: Early, Late, Long Day, Waking Night and Sleep In's

All applicants must have a minimum of 6 months experience with adults/older people with learning disabilities, autism, dual sensory impairment or challenging behaviour in a residential or supported living setting.

Duties include: personal care, promoting independence, report writing, supporting in the community, organising activities and assisting with mealtime routines.

Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and reference check.

Price / Salary: £9 - £9.60/hour
