Automotive Senior Vehicle Service Advisor, Motor Trade Jobs, Worcestershire.

Our client requires an experienced Automotive Vehicle Service Advisor with recent Main Car Dealer experience to work within their busy Service department.

You will need to be a confident relationship builder, able to influence and advise customers on minor technical and motor related issues whilst delivering a first class service. You will also need to achieve the company objectives and targets as set out by this Motor Trade Main Car Dealership.

You will be greeting customers into the service department, extensive liaison with the technicians in the workshop to chase work in progress, and keeping customers informed, and gaining authorisation for any additional work to be carried out.

You will take ownership of customer queries and resolve all issues through to your customer's satisfaction, following the protocols set out but this Main Car Dealer.

Motor Trade experience essential as a Service Advisor. Experience fulfilling the position of Workshop Controller would also be beneficial.
