Salary -£13 p/h - £15p/h

Alecto recruitment are currently working with an electrical engineering and contracting company operating within the UK , and are pleased to be able to offer a role as a street lighting operative within their growing team.

The Role

The street lighting operative ensure that operations are carried out on time, to specification and within Health and Safety regulations.

* Erection of new columns
* LED lantern replacement
* Electrical testing
* Compile daily risk assessment
* SWA terminations
* SWA Jointing
* Erect all street lighting apparatus in accordance with Industry Standards Regulations

Requirements

* Current driving license
* Recognized Mewp ticket (IPAF)
* NRSWA certification
* Previous street lighting experience
* First Aid certificate
* Manual Handling certificate
* Abrasive wheels
* G39
* HERS accreditation.
* 17th edition wiring regs
