Dean Healthcare are currently recruiting full-time Support Workers, to work for one of our well-established clients in Lower Earley, Reading

It's a very exciting role for someone looking to join the social care industry, as you will be working across services, including working in day services, supported living settings and outreach services.

The role will involve accompanying service users out in the community, to do activities, such as swimming, shopping, bowling, holidays and much more.

You will be able to have your own input, and put ideas forward for activates that the service users would enjoy.

Being a driver is advantageous, as there are company cars for business use.

The right candidate will be flexible in the hours they can work, as the company run 365 days of the year, 24 hours per day.

Experience is not necessary, as the company provide full training.
