Job Responsibilities
* Monthly creation of data set for Aftermarket Database, consolidation of access database
* Daily, weekly and monthly KPI report generation and data provision across all levels of the business in regards to Aftermarket.
* Create standard work and presentation templates for external & internal distribution
* Automation of standard reports and control of report requests and production.
* Provision of management information for Sales & Ops planning.
* Measurement and feedback to Operations on key drivers of customer journey - TAT, Elapse time, OTD to drive improvement in customer perception.
* Manage of order books, sales and intake to control the timeliness and integrity of Aftermarket Management Information.
* Provision of customer data to both internal and external customers. Loading data to portals.
* Work with business development team on market and customer analysis to improve or monitor Actuation Services performance
* Develop and maintain Aftermarket SharePoint site in collaboration with senior management team.
* Assist Aftermarket finance in daily and weekly report generation and maintenance. Automate reports to increase efficiency and maintain robustness of processes.

Personal Characteristics:
The successful candidate will have a range of skills or potential including;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Advanced Skills in all Micorosft Office packages , in particular Excel & Access
* Must have knowledge of SAP and Business Objects
* Self-motivator, with problem solving skills
* Demonstrable track record of high performance standards used to deliver committed objectives
* Prepared to travel internationally (15%)
* Experience of the aviation industry is beneficial
