About the Client:
We are a well-established contract cleaning company that have been providing a tailored service to our clients for over 65 years. The company was started in the midlands which is where the majority of our contracts are however we have UK wide coverage due to a number of national accounts.
About the Role:
Management of a number of our key Contract Cleaning accounts
Commercial Offices and Independent Retail
All sites in the West Midlands
Responsibility for one-to-one training, health and safety, daily management and reporting for a team of operatives both static and mobile with the support of 2 supervisors
You will be expected to prospect, quote and cost new business for the company
About the Candidate:
Experience of Area Management, Account Management or Mobile Supervision of Contracted Cleaning services is essential
You will have ideally experience of Commercial (Office) Cleaning contracts and be comfortable dealing with clients on a daily basis
You should have a good understanding of Health & Safety and be comfortable with managing staff on a daily basis.
This role would suit someone looking for progression. Our company believes in training and retaining our staff and those that work hard with us are rewarded for their efforts
You should be West Midlands based
