If you've got a formal training or assessing qualification - fantastic, but if you've not then don't worry, our client will help you achieve your professional training and assessing qualifications. AAT Tutor/Assessor: The essentials.

* AAT Qualification
* Full UK driving licence and use of own car
* Literacy and Numeracy Qualifications (at Level 2 or Above)
* IT Literate
* Previous working knowledge of the finance sector.

AAT Tutor/Assessor: Your experience.

* Practised in AAT for a minimum of 2 years
* A proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
* An interest in helping people develop
* Excellent communication skills

AAT Tutor/Assessor: The desirables.

* Assessor Qualifications (A1,TAQA, CAVA)
* Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407)
* Previous experience within a training or assessing role backed up by formal training or assessing qualifications OR the desire to develop a career in assessing

AAT Tutor/Assessor: The role.

* Delivering and engaging apprentices employed in the Finance sector.
* Assess and support learners towards the successful completion of their qualification.
* Visiting/observing learners in their place of work to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
* Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
* Understanding the learners' needs throughout the course and adapting your teaching style to the needs of the apprentice.
* £24,000 - £25,000 for unqualified, £29,000 - £35,000 if you are qualified
* 22 days holiday + Stats
* 35p per mile from the office
* Commission scheme in place for timely completion of apprentices
