Office Angels are currently recruiting for a HR and Business Administrator for our client based at Salford Quays. Previous HR experience is essential for this role and due to the location a driver is preferred.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Processing leavers and starters
Inductions
Assisting with recruitment
Recording sickness and absence
Processing payroll
Updating employee records
Typing
Filing
Arranging meetings
Booking travel and accommodation
Weekly reports
Dealing with company vehicles and mobile phones
Processing health and safety and site paperwork
Any other administration as required
Applicants must be able to work well on their own initiative, prioritise tasks and be very well organised. Previous HR and administration experience is essential and applicants must be willing to take on an all-round role and pick up a variety of tasks. The ability to work with senior figures within the organisation is also essential.
Salary: £20,000 per annum
40 hours per week
