Sales Executive
Basic Salary: Negotiable Dependant On Experience

Polkadot Design provides complete marketing, design & print solutions to a wide sector of businesses in Manchester and Cheshire.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our experienced creative team to expand our existing client base and promote our services to new clients.

Key Duties:
Dealing with customer enquiries
Meeting with clients to obtain a design brief, provide technical advice and present marketing solutions
Production of quotations, including costings & ensuring profit margins are maintained
Follow up quotes issued to customers
Processing & project management of sales orders
Set up and printing of digital print orders
Proactively identify and target new accounts
Maintain, strengthen and develop existing customer relationships

Requirements
Min 1 year internal or external sales experience preferably gained in business product sales.
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Good numeracy & literacy
Fluent in Word, Excel, Internet & Email programs
Previous experience in printing or graphic design would be advantageous

The successful candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, ambitious, with an eye for detail and looking to build a long term career. Extensive product knowledge will be provided as part of the induction process.
