My client is looking for a Neighbourhood Officer to work within their Housing department.

Details:

To be responsible for providing a high quality neighbourhood management service to a designated patch, supporting residents to comply with their tenancy and lease conditions.

To deliver an excellent and proactive housing management service to tenants with a high level of presence and visibility on designated patches, whilst delivering high performance.

To be responsible for consulting with residents, members and senior officers with regards to housing management issues

To support tenants sustain their tenancies.

To work with residents so that they are satisfied with their home and local environment and to be active members of their community.
