My client a innovator in Indian Fine Dining are looking to expand their empire outside of London. They are looking to recruit an experienced assistant restaurant manager who has the capablity to lead the team to becoming a market leader in the industry.

The service will be an Indian where customers can sit down have a drink in the bar and then sit down and have a real A La Carte experience. The group has an excellent reputation led by a well known chef who has 4 successful restaurants in London.

The role specifics are:

* Working Monday to Sunday (5days over 7days)
* Flexible for travel

The ideal candidate would have the following experience:

* Knowledge of Indian foods and Products.
* Excellent organisation and motivational ability.
* Be hands on, maintaining the standards on the restaurant floor, coordinating the operation during scheduled shifts.
* Able to work any days of the week.
* Live in Oxford or able to commute.
* Relevant experience managing a restaurant.
* Excellent communication abilities in English.

Full training will be provided and the successful candidate and support given by the mobilisation team.

Price / Salary: £28000 - £30000/annum
