Your new company
Hays Social Care are looking for experienced Children's Support Workers for a number of different homes in Derby.

Your new role
As part of the Hays Social Care Team you will be working flexible hours/ shifts for a number of different children's residential homes in the Derby area.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be working with children that have a variety of different needs in residential and supported living settings, with homes often ranging between 4-12 beds. Experience working in these settings is essential and/ or hold a NVQ L2/ L3 in Health and Social Care. Other training and experience is a bonus- First Aid, NAPPI, MAPPA, verbal de-escalation techniques and understanding autism etc. To be successful in your application you will need to be open to shift cover.
Ability to drive will be advantageous.
