Internal Sales Administrator - Freight Forwarding
Salary to £24k
Based Glasgow

An Internal Sales Administrator with experience of Freight Forwarding is required for busy logistics company based in Glasgow.

You will secure new business in line with jointly agreed quotation targets and support the team with regards to guidance and maintenance of existing business portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include:
Preparing customer quotations
Quotes follow up
Participation within RFQ Tenders & Proposals
Maintenance of Global Quote Rate System
Maintenance of Salesforce System
Monitor & maintain Supplier selection in order to manage profitability
Ensure excellent lines of internal communications with regards to rate / service changes
Creating Reports for analytical purposes

You will have previous experience as a Sales Administrator, ideally gained within a Freight Forwarding / Logistics organisation

Price / Salary: £20000 - £24000/annum
