The role as a Support Worker requires a passionate individual to support service users in their own accommodation. As a Support Worker you will be committed to promoting independence and giving exceptional person-centred care.

The Role:
* Delivering person-centred support to service users in accordance with CQC standards
* Encouraging the independence of the service users at all times
* Appropriately responding to individuals' needs in accordance with their care plans and risk assessments
* Always promoting the interests of the service users
* Acting as a positive role model and member of the care team
* Effective communication with the Senior staff as well as the Deputy/Service Manager
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards)
* Experience working within any care setting e.g. supported living, residential home, domiciliary care
* A compassionate approach towards people with varying disabilities and complex needs
* Flexible to work shifts on weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
