1st Line Support - Fujitsu
Salary: £7.50 to £8.45 per hour
Location: Bracknell - 40 hours per week
Duration: Temp to Perm
A British Passport is a requirement for this position as you will be working closely with the Ministry of Defence (MoD)

Fujitsu's Service Desk supports around 250,000 Ministry of Defence users globally 24 x 7, for fault reporting and providing end-to-end operational service. We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic customer service agents to join our expanding team and kick start their career in IT

Candidates should have excellent communication skills you will be a customer adviser responsible for taking support calls, trouble shooting and product support.

* Business aware - develop an understanding of customer's environment to enable excellent service delivery

* Problem solving - take ownership for basic technical customer problems by asking relevant questions and resolving typical problems. Escalate more complex issues to second line agents as necessary.

* Process - record actions taken to resolve customer problems using established processes and systems.

* Service level - monitors performance through statistical reporting and analysis

* Team working - be a team player viewed by colleagues as a helpful and effective.

Full training will be provided by Fujitsu

The opportunity in working for a global IT organisation is the long term career prospect. The role with be a 6 month temporary contract with an offer of a permanent role with Fujitsu enabling you to pursue a career into managerial and technical roles.

The normal working hours for this role are 8 hours anytime between 7am to 7pm on normal weekdays and weekends. Weekends and bank holiday work is generally ever 8 weeks

The pay will begin on £7.50 which will go up to £8.45 once you have submitted your SC application

Fujitsu offers a free shuttle bus to and from Bracknell Station, if you drive we can offer free parking. Fujitsu have a canteen on site which accommodates all types of food
