We are now seeking to recruit Fleet Admin Assistant to support our fleet maintenance department.
Job Responsibilities:
* Processing inventory allocation/de-allocation on all engineers work.
* Assisting with preparation of all chargeable jobs for Batch authorisation.
* To monitor active jobs to ensure they are carried out as per schedule.
* Chase 1 link WIP.
* Add additional work requests as required, add parts, fluids, labour charges, quantities
* Process and provide performance reports on maintenance work activity.
* Work flexibly to cover workload.
* Checking times of jobs carried out/times/parts/mileage.
* Monitor jobs to ensure they have been carried out and closed correctly.
* Process and provide performance reports on jobs complete/invoiced.
Job Requirements:
* Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing at all levels.
* Good customer facing skills.
* Ability to plan and prioritise effectively and work within tight deadlines.
* Experience in the automotive maintenance industry beneficial but not necessary.
* Computer literate and able to operate Windows based programs.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Flexible and open to change.
* A willingness to meet/exceed customer expectations.
