Junior Software Engineer Cambridge Communications - £30,000-35,000

One of the world`s largest and most successful technology firm are looking for motivated and enthusiastic junior software engineers to join their Cambridge based firmware group. As a junior software engineer you will be part of the firmware team that develops supporting firmware for WIFI communications technology for their leading mobile devices.

As a junior software engineer you will be responsible for the design, testing and documentation of firmware modules, the maintenance of software, and support the development of customer sites. Due to the global size and reach of this firm you will also have the opportunity for global travel.

A successful candidate will have:

- A degree (2:1 or above) from a top tier university in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, Science or related degree
- Experience working in Embedded software engineering using C.
- Be an excellent problem solver
- Flexible, quick to learn and willing to take responsibility
