Our Client is looking for an additional person to work within their local business in Leicester. You will be an important part of a small team, where everyone supports each other and works together.

You will be first point of contact for inbound telephone enquiries, building up your product knowledge and your relationship with customers. A friendly but professional manner is required.

You will deal with orders and quotations, liaising with the sales team, answering the telephone, even supporting in the warehouse packing customer orders if required.

This is a varied role that can give you a fantastic opportunity to join a great team and build on your current customer service experience.
