Project Manager - Iconic British Sporting Institution - Client Direct - South West London - Up to £65,000 + Package

I am currently working on behalf of a client who is an internationally recognised British Sporting Institution that is steeped in history. My client is looking to directly recruit a Project Manager to deliver a wide range of projects within this vast estate based in South West London. The ideal candidate will come from either a construction or civils background.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly for the client to deliver an in house service across a large estate and join an existing large in house team who are responsible for the electrical, mechanical, building fabrics and general facilities across the site.

Duties

* Responsible for a projects budget of £4 Million with projects ranging for £25,000 to £750,000
* Able to carry out surveys building budget plans and deliever projects
* Overseeing designs and implementation
* Manage all sub contractors and temporary project managers
* Understanding of compliance
* Writing high risk permits, issuing permits to work
* Manage a team of three facilities engineers
* Understanding of fleet management
* Issuing permits to work to specialist sub-contractors

Requirements

* Health and Safety certificate
* Client Facing
* Strong commanding character
* A good background of facilities management and ideally shown a proven track record of progression and development
* Building Services experience ideally in a large estate with areas of public realm

Package

* Salary up to £65,000
* Up to 10% Performance based bonus
* Mon - Fri 08:00 - 17:00
