Accounts Assistant - Immediate Start, Barnet
£24,000 - £27,000

Our client, a well-established organisation with a strong presence throughout their chosen market, are seeking a hard-working and self-motivated Accounts Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for an intelligent individual to build on previous skills and experience and further develop their skillset within a thoroughly enjoyable working environment.

Key responsibilities:
* Raising sales invoices
* Posting purchase invoices
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Supplier payments runs
* Assist with group management reporting
* Matching receipts and payments to outstanding invoices
* Multi-currency bank reconciliations
* Credit control
* Processing petty cash, expenses and credit cards
* Ad-hoc duties as requested

As a minimum requirement, you will have 3-4 years' proven experience within a similar, fast-paced role. You will ideally be AAT Qualified or actively studying towards your ACCA/CIMA. You must have excellent communication skills and possess a self-motivated attitude towards your work. This role requires someone with a very keen eye for detail and the ability to work on their own initiative. This is a temporary to permanent role so all applicants must be able to start immediately.
