Dynamic, proactive HR Advisor required to join industry leading global company at their Wednesbury site.
Reporting to the HR Business Partners you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Management, playing a pivotal role in coaching, facilitating and supporting effective and seamless performance, attendance and conflict resolution for the site.
Your main role will be to up skill and coach managers and also take a hands on approach dealing with employees and business leaders at all levels. The ability to deliver quality results against challenging deadlines and in a fast moving environment is paramount.
Skills and experience required:
Strong knowledge of UK employment law with the ability to apply it in a user friendly way
Experience of working with hourly paid / shop floor employees as well as managers and senior leaders
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Experience as an HR or ER Generalist in a fast paced or multi-national company or equivalent
Ability to work independently, multi task and prioritise work to strict deadlines
Must have excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills
Naturally customer service obsessed with a strong track record of continual improvement activity and delivering process change
Fluent English required (both verbal and written)
Drug and alcohol and basic background checks will be completed on all employees
