We are excited to be currently recruiting on behalf of a company within the property sector, based in Milton Keynes. They are one of the leaders within their field and due to their continuous expansion, they are now looking to grow their team.

This role is an autonomous role and is a fantastic opportunity. You will be participating with all core building surveying work - not limited to - Acquisition surveys, Corporate Dilapidations LL & Tt. Design of commercial extensions and refits, extensive office fit-out design and PM work.

Professional/Personal Skills/Attributes:

- Be MRICS accredited.
- Have a good understanding of the disciplines required for building surveying.
- Possess a passion for building surveying within the commercial sector.
- Be able to communicate at all levels, written and verbally.
- Be Driven and proactive.

Our client is offering a fantastic salary along with a company car or car allowance.
