People Solutions Group are currently working in partnership with Ocado to recruit Full Time, Permanent, Despatch - Warehouse Operatives for their busy distribution centre based in Dordon, Tamworth.

The despatch area at Ocado is the last leg of the warehouse where a customer's order is loaded onto vans ready for delivery. The role of a Warehouse Operative in Despatch requires you to be on your feet and mobile at all times with a lot of heavy lifting (up to 17.5kg) involved throughout your shift. Whilst this is a rewarding role with excellent personal growth opportunities, this is a physical and demanding role.

Whilst working in Despatch, in reward for hard work, you will receive an additional uncapped performance bonus paid on top of your salary with average performers earning an extra £27 per week.

All staff will be given a 13 week rosta and will be required to work any 4 days out of 7 in each given week including weekends at times, premiums are paid for unsociable hours.

We have 2 shifts available, days and nights. Days being 0600 - 1600, nights being 2015 - 0615.
