Reporting to the Financial controller, we need a person to take on the following responsibilities:

* Matching invoices and delivery notes to purchase orders ensuring all goods have been received correctly and that the prices are as agreed on the purchase order.
* Pass any queries back to the buyer.
* Create a end of month hold list of suppliers not eligible for payment for that month.

The role is very much an admin role and is predominately paper based so will suit someone with excellent time management skills, common sense and is self motivated. It is important that the person is able to work at a relatively fast pace, have an excellent eye for detail and can adhere to important deadlines.
