We ar currently looking for a Slinger Banksman on a busy construction site based in Southampton

Applicants must have a valid CPCS card and have previous experience.

Your duties will include:
* Secure and detach various types of load to the requisite lifting point using the relevant lifting accessory and procedures
* Guide and control the movement of loads to different types of location.
* Use and comply with a range of communication procedures.
* Provide directions where the machine operator cannot observe the full path of the load.
* Maintain safe working situations.
* Carry out securing procedures at the end of shift
