Business Development Manager (Fire/Security)

£30,000 - £35,000 (OTE £45,000+) + Uncapped Commission + Vehicle + Laptop + Phone

Redditch (commutable from Birmingham, Worcester, Solihull)

Are you a Business Development/Sales person from the Fire/Security industry seeking full autonomy to drive sales in the West Midlands for this rapidly growing supplier of commercial Life Safety & Security Systems?

In this role you will secure new business within the local area- bringing in small to medium sized projects on a supply & commission basis. You will be offered uncapped commission on your sales and work closely with clients on a technical level- progressing work from specification to completion.

This well respected, West Midlands based company specialise in the design, supply, installation & commission of Fire Alarm, Access Control & CCTV products (training available on Access/CCTV if required). They already have an impressive client base that includes blue chip companies in Transport, Retail and Hospitality.

This role would suit an experienced Sales Professional a Fire / Security background seeking a role with autonomy, uncapped commission and the chance to head up a sales team in the future.

The Role

* Promote the business & generate new Sales of Fire Alarm, Access control & CCTV products
* Work on project designs, prepare quotations, submit proposals to clients & convert to orders
* Achieve monthly targets and maintain healthy margins (uncapped commission)

The Person

* Sales/Business development experience within Fire / Security industry (training provided)
* Existing client base & sales history with experience of 3 years minimum
* Commutable to Redditch
