JOB TITLE: Customer Service Coordinator Waste Management & Recycling

Client: My client is a privately owned Waste Management and Recycling company who provide total waste solutions packages to their customers. Due to continuous growth and expansion they are now looking to add an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to their buzzing team.

SALARY: Up to £28,000, Private Health Care, Life Cover and Pension

ROLE: Customer Service Coordinator Waste Management & Recycling

As Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for client satisfaction and responding to incoming calls.
You will be responsible for dealing with customers from large companies to private householders.
You will be working in a fast-paced sales office, have a passion for delivering an excellent Customer experience that will help to continue growth through repeat and new business.
You will handle queries, complete administration duties and accurately input details into the database.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The successful Customer Service Coordinator will be a confident communicator, both on the telephone and via written communications.
You will have a proficient knowledge of IT and Microsoft programmes.
You will work well under pressure and to set timelines in a professional manner.
You must be enthusiastic and willing to learn and develop yourself
