The Role - Qualified Secondary Science Teacher

Our client, a large and ambitious Secondary school based in East London is seeking a Science teacher to join an energetic and thriving school environment on a permanent basis from January 2018. NQTs are welcome to apply, however excellent subject knowledge is essential. Chemistry, Biology and Physics and taught separately throughout the school, the ideal candidate will be competent in all three subjects. You will be responsible for creating, preparing and delivering engaging and inspiring lessons as per the subject curriculum. You will be able to encourage and motivate students to work to their full potential and support the school in continuing to increase A*-C results at GCSE and A Level.

This school is a mixed Secondary school in the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham, East London, just a stone's throw away from the closest station. They cater for a diverse mix of students, aged 11-19 and were granted a specialist status in 2010 for Engineering & Sports.
