Code Red Associates are a leading supplier of Permanent & Contract ICT resource to a variety of Blue Chip, SME & expanding organisations throughout the UK. We are currently resourcing for an exciting opportunity for a Lead Business Analyst to work for a rapidly expanding organisation that is committed to employee development. This is a 24 months fixed term salaried role.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include consulting & liaising with internal departments; defining & documenting customer business requirements; analysing requirements for new or upgraded systems; tracing and documenting changes; identifying areas in which business processes could be improved; preparing business cases and conducting impact analyses. You will also deal with change requests and mentor other business analysts.

Essential
* A successful commercial track record in a Business Analysis capacity - including the translation of user requirements into technical documentation & defining and mapping business processes including process re-engineering.
* Understanding of the entire project lifecycle, project management methodologies and workflow concepts & database structures
* Data & reports analysis
* Change management

Desirable
* Business analysis or project management qualification
* ITIL Foundation certification
