Supporting the key Project Manager, youll join a highly skilled Development team supporting the delivery and planning of all customer projects and administrative procedures.

This role gives you a great insight into the company, its brand and could develop into a Project management opportunity with the highly regarded commercial cosmetic brand.

This role will suit someone with extensive experience in administration that is keen to develop into a project management role.

Based in Leeds, you can look forward to working with people who love their craft and their finished projects. Youll track all resources as well as keeping all parties up to date with their projects scale, scope and progress. As youd expect, youll face challenges, so you'll need to help internal parties have open and honest conversations to fulfil production deadlines. Oh, and if you can juggle with your eyes shut

As a Project Planning Administrator you will be responsible for providing the project manager updates on all scheduling aspects of the individual projects.

Completing regular project planning and tracking reports for the project manager.
Gather and flag any issues at the earliest point to update customers of delays.
Supply and update administration information to ensure the success of the project and delivery times.
Provide full support to the project manager and update all internal bespoke systems.
