Responsibilities:

* Taking calls via the telephone
* Speaking with the general public
* Answer queries, questions and complaints
* Manage expectations of management and colleagues

To apply for this role you MUST:

* Have excellent customer service skills. This is ESSENTIAL
* Have at least 1 year of call centre experience. This is ESSENTIAL
* Be a welsh speaker. (ideally but not essential)
* Be immediately available for work.
* Be happy with part time temporary work
