My client is looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to join their expanding and vibrant team.

You will act as a dedicated point of contact for all customer enquiries in relation to sales orders, claims on delivery and distribution arrangements.
It will be your responsibility to identify potential and actual service issues, and resolutions where possible and co-ordinate communication with the customer and relevant internal departments.
